Hello Friends! Looking for an office or studio space for your small business? Right now we have a 230 square foot office space for rent. We are located on the newly revamped section of lower Greenville Avenue right in the heart of Dallas. Five minutes from Lakewood, Downtown, Highland Park, Deep Ellum– you name it! We are on the top floor of a historic building built in the 1930′s with a total of 3,400 square feet. You would have access to the conference room (below), kitchen, and studio shooting space. Dallas always has crazy weather! The first shot is looking east over Greenville Avenue from the front of the studio roof and the second is looking west from the back of the studio. Not the same day, of course.
