Obviously: Bright colors… Flowing fabrics… Dripping with Gold… But look a little deeper. Indian weddings are more of an elaborate production than a simple ceremony and reception. You might say the extravagant theatricality, carefully chosen details, and breathtaking… eye popping… overwhelming sights to behold [...] |
What comes to mind when you think of an Indian wedding? Obviously: Bright colors… Flowing fabrics… Dripping with Gold… But look a little deeper. Indian weddings are more of an elaborate production than a simple ceremony and reception. You might say the extravagant theatricality, carefully chosen details, and breathtaking… eye popping… overwhelming sights to behold create a sort of “Spectacular! Spectacular!” much like the film “Moulin Rouge” whose very content draws on these same concepts. But all of this would be meaningless without its foundation.
Truth … beauty … freedom … and above all things– L O V E !
